Week 6 - New Market Segment
Hi Everyone! This is the final week of our project, though we believe that we have made enough effort to create something important, to tackle some real problem and create value. For sure we are going to decide whether we are interested to move further with the project or not, but in the meanwhile we want to share what we have been doing for the last week challenge. Exploring Market Further After talking to our experts (big thanks to them for valuable feedback) we have found out that we need to explore other possible markets for our product. The initial idea was to approach the bike rental companies, though we believed that it won't be feasible. Our product will be unsafe on bike rentals, while the customers of them are far from long distance cyclists. Another idea was to approach the delivery companies to install Kinetikk on bicycles of their delivery boys, which was reasonable and attractive on paper, at least for us.
